We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, organization name (school or company), phone number, and billing information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.

We use the collected information to:

Provide and maintain the Service
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, payment receipts)
Improve our Service through analytics
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on AWS servers in the EU (eu-west-1 region). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement strict access controls and regular security audits.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
AWS — for infrastructure hosting
Email providers — for transactional emails
