Terms of Service — Arignote

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Arignote platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arignote provides software products for organizations: Arignote Timetable, a school scheduling platform that enables educational institutions to manage students, staff, curricula, and administrative processes; and Arignote Timeclock, an employee time-and-attendance platform that enables businesses to track working hours and generate compliant records. Arignote Timetable executes as a native application on the user's computer or tablet. Arignote Timeclock is available as a native mobile app, a staff web interface, and a shared kiosk mode. Cloud-based services manage licenses and some usage information that supports product evolution.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. All data is encrypted in transit. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. You may not use the application to provide timetable management, time-tracking, or similar services to other schools, businesses, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arignote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
