Changelog
v2026.1.5 — July 2026
- Reports no longer lose the last time slot of the day — every class now appears on the printed timetable, including late-afternoon ones
- Sessions are drawn as one block from their start time to their end time in PDF, Excel and HTML, so a class that spans another course's break reads as a single class
- "Combine into a single PDF" now produces one document for the whole export instead of one file per kind of timetable
- School-wide reports fit on A4: the grid is split across pages that stay readable, each repeating the times and the names
- The teachers and students posters only show the times classes actually start or end, so they are far more compact
- The table of contents covers every timetable, across as many pages as it needs, and student groups are listed with their course
- Every page now names the school, with its logo when one is set
v2026.1.4 — July 2026
- Teacher and room timetables now place every class at its real time and length, including teachers who work across courses that follow different daily schedules
- Fixed timetables showing false collision warnings on sessions the solver had just placed, in schools where courses use different daily schedules
- New welcome screen: a fresh photo of a school from somewhere in the world greets you each time you open the app
- Manage a course's optional subjects from one place: the new Optional Lectures tab lists every subject of the course and lets you choose, group by group, who takes it
v2026.1.3 — May 2026
- Diversification (PDC) support: define topics per course, mark substituted subjects and their ámbito lectures, and both manual placement and the automatic solver keep every group's bands consistent
- Fixed a solver defect on schools with several time grids: teaching hours that coincided with another grid's breaks were wrongly excluded from the search, which could make a perfectly solvable timetable report as unsolvable
- More predictable scheduling rules: gap limits now apply per day, strict before/after and same-day lecture relations are fully enforced, meetings block their professors' time in the solver, and room availability marks are respected when placing sessions
- A completely new solving engine: full-school timetables that previously took minutes now solve in seconds, on every platform including iPad and Android
- New “Open source licenses” page, reachable from the welcome screen
v2026.1.2 — April 2026
- Bug corrections
v2026.1.1 — March 2026
- Breaks and lunch now appear in the right place on every group's timetable, even when courses use different daily schedules
v2026.1.0 — February 2026
- Open and share timetable files with colleagues at your school — a file now takes on your school's name automatically, so files created by different teammates always match
- Drag sessions to preferred positions without fixing them — the solver keeps them there when it can, moves them only if needed, and never touches your fixed sessions
- When accepting an automatic solution, fix the whole school or only the groups and teachers you choose
- Free or remove all the sessions of a group, teacher or room in one step
- Copy a group's fixed timetable onto its parallel groups in one click
- Copy time preferences from another lecture or professor — your existing choices are kept
