• The solver now places meetings. A meeting is scheduled alongside lectures instead of being something you had to position by hand for the solver to work around, and its participants are respected like any other professor's time.
• Meetings now occupy the people and rooms they book. A professor sitting in a meeting, and a room reserved for one, are seen by every conflict check straight away instead of only after saving and reopening the file.
• Meetings without a session are given one when the file is opened, so they can be scheduled and seen. Some files held meetings that could never appear anywhere in the app.
• The solver now respects each meeting's own length. Meetings were planned as if they all lasted an hour, whatever their real duration.
• Deleting a meeting now removes everything belonging to it. Its session lingered, so error checks kept reporting problems for a meeting that had already been deleted.
• Removing a professor from a meeting now takes effect. Deleted professors could stay inside meetings and be written back into the saved file.
• Meeting cards now carry their own time preferences and show conflicts, like every other kind of session.
• Meeting checks now report real problems — a meeting with nobody in it, a missing room, or one too long for the school day.
• Meetings keep their own colour when exported instead of falling back to the colour used for lectures.
• Un-synchronising sessions now unwraps the last one properly, rather than leaving a group of one behind.

v2026.1.8 — August 2026

• A solved timetable you have not accepted yet is now saved as a proposal, not as a decision: the sessions keep their positions but stay free, so reopening the file never presents solver placements as if you had approved them.
• Opening a file that still holds an un-accepted solution now enables the Accept and Discard buttons.
• Discarding a solution now clears every solver-placed session off the timetable instead of leaving the cards behind.

v2026.1.7 — August 2026

• Fixed: opening the Sublectures tab of a group's multi-subject crashed. It now lists the subject's sublectures and lets you set which ones the group takes.
• Fixed: the Groups tab showed the untranslated word "groups" instead of a translated title.
• Fixed on macOS 27: the window title bar was transparent, leaving the traffic-light buttons and the title floating over whatever was behind the window.

v2026.1.6 — August 2026

• Schools with several time structures are now checked: a course left on the main time collection is reported as an error, and the main collection is expected to cover every start and end time the courses use.
• A step-by-step user guide is now built into the app: press Guide in the toolbar to read it in your own language, with screenshots, without leaving your timetable. The same guide is available as a single HTML file you can share with your team.
• Break and Lunch periods with no professor are now reported once for the whole school instead of once per group, so the Problems panel shows the errors that actually matter.
• Google sign-in on macOS no longer gets stuck after moving between the direct download and the App Store version: the app now clears the old sign-in token, asking your permission if macOS requires it.
• Time Collections: when a school uses several grids, a Combine the others button rebuilds the main grid from all the rest in one step — under a second — keeping every professor and room preference at the times it was set for.
• Fixed: changing the school's main time structure — even renaming it — moved every course onto it and unfixed their sessions. Courses now keep the time structure they were given.

• Reports no longer lose the last time slot of the day — every class now appears on the printed timetable, including late-afternoon ones
• Sessions are drawn as one block from their start time to their end time in PDF, Excel and HTML, so a class that spans another course's break reads as a single class
• "Combine into a single PDF" now produces one document for the whole export instead of one file per kind of timetable
• School-wide reports fit on A4: the grid is split across pages that stay readable, each repeating the times and the names
• The teachers and students posters only show the times classes actually start or end, so they are far more compact
• The table of contents covers every timetable, across as many pages as it needs, and student groups are listed with their course
• Every page now names the school, with its logo when one is set
